ZIMLIN produce a mattress roll packing machine mainly used for roll packaging foam/latex/pocket coil/bonnell spring mattress. Foam mattress and latex mattress can be directly rolled pack, but all type spring mattresses need to be compressed first, then roll-pack.
After roll-pack the mattress volume will reduce, and save shipping cost. Most importantly, we can achieve ‘pack mattress in a box’ into an ideal package for shipping, e-commerce, & retail.
